"It was a wonderful hotel! Nice quiet rooms, clean bath bathrooms. Located right up the street from Power and Light district. Great coffee served in the Lobby, extra special care to make people feel pampered!"

"The shower was super loud. Definitely air in the plumbing caused a super loud and awakening noise when my wife woke up and decided to shower well before I was planning to be up. Sent a video to the hotel, but no response. Mentioned it to the check in ladies as well. Unsure how interested they were in fixing it. "

"We arrived on Sunday night and found the restaurant and bar closed. Not a huge tragedy. Irdered dinner from uber easts. The area immediately around the hotel has some challenges. Some homeless. Wouldnt want to walk after dark, honestly. The valet staff and front desk staff was professional friendly responsive..valet parking is pricey. The room was very nice and perfect for our needs. With big events in town on the weekend Im betting some of the challenges we experienced would be less obvious. But we were there Sun- Weds. So, mostly business travelers. "

"No pool no hot tub have to use valet parking extra charge breakfast is not included extra charge. The only thing we liked was the shower which the bathroom was cold the windows did not keep heat out well. My husband only liked the throw blanket on the bed. There were people yelling and arguing outside our door at like 1am for about 40 minutes to 1 hour "

"The room was clean and staff friendly. They held our stuff for us while we spent some time before check in. Valet staff was very friendly. Speakeasy was a fun hangout. "

"It was a nice, short stay overall. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed in a corner suite, and one of the TV's wouldn't connect to the internet, and the coffee maker in the room was broken (leaked water everywhere when trying the brew). For our short stay this wasn't a big problem, and the front desk staff was helpful and offered to take care of these issues."

"Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast costs extra and is not worth it. It is equivalent to a continental breakfast at most decent hotels. "
