"We like the pool and the convenience for cruising. We flew in the night before and swam in the pool. There were no swim towels so I went to the front desk and asked for some. Waited 20 minutes went back to the front desk, asked again. Waited 20 more minutes, still no towels. Went to the room to use the room towels. We had a large party, so I called the front desk, asked for some room towels. No towels were ever delivered. So as long as you don't need towels, everything was great. Rooms are clean and transportation to and from the port was great."
