"The room was great - nice and clean! The free breakfast was awesome - great selection and really good food! The only downside was the pool was absolutely freezing. We were looking forward to using the pool every day....we only used it the first day for about 10 minutes because it was unbearable. That would be the only thing that could be better. "

"Yusuf was a great host, communicated well and the apt was clean and sufficient for all of our needs. The room was comfortable and the space was nice. We cooked comfortably and there were plenty of supplies. Any questions or concerns we had were replied to quickly. Easy check in was easy along with available parking and good location with stores within walking distance. This a comfortable apartment that I highly recommend this place. "

"Good place, clean, freshly renovated, has all the creature comforts including a big couch, tv, fully equipped kitchen, and great art and plants. The beeline was near by, so within 1ish hours I was in midtown Manhattan. Will stay here again!"

"We did not stay due in the property at all because of a gas leak that they notified 4:15pm the day of check in. They would not give us the code to the address until 4:20 after saying everything was fixed. We went into property and in 5 minutes, headache and eye tearing. The host lied to us and informed us that there was no gas leak, only to produce a certificate that day that they sent someone out to check about the gas leak. Host was disrespectful, he kept saying the leak was at another property he managed. VRBO did not help either and left it up to the host with his communication. I wish you could read the correspondence between us. I have sent it to VRBO and as well to the C - suite of Expedia Group who now owns VRBO. We were scared for our lives and wellbeing but seems like these people really don't care, just about the money. I tried to escalate the issue, but you are randomly sent to help desks around the world. "
