"Very nice and clean property. The elevators performed better this trip. You can’t beat the nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plus the swim club, hot tub, sauna, steam room and other amenities make it the best place to stay in St Louis. Only complaint is ice and water for bottles. The fountains don’t work and haven’t in over a year, plus getting ice is like pulling teeth. But the food and everything else was great service at the hotel. Will stay again on future trips to St Louis."
"Valet was great! The men who were running around were very kind and prompt. We had 7 of us on our trip and rooms were big!
Breakfast was also a major hit. The men staffing during our weekend trip had fresh food the entire time and tables were cleared off promptly. We had room service from the restroom upstairs and the man that delivered our food was hilarious!
As for location, it was about a 10 min walk to the stadium, across the street was a DG express, and 1 block down is a Starbucks. Any other needs we doordashed.
All staff received tips from us and plan to come here again! "
"The hotel had a snack bar that was free, and it was a good time to meet and greet others. It also provided some free wine for relaxing, really enjoyed everything at this hotel. "
"Front desk is very friendly and efficient. It's an older property that has not been renovated but besides age, it's very clean and quiet. Only wish is that they had brighter lights in the parking garage, otherwise great stay."
