When I checked in, I asked & was told there was a complimentary breakfast. When my party went to breakfast the next morning, I was told there was not a comp breakfast and we'd have to purchase. Not even comp. coffee. Very disappointing.

Was in room 312 the building seems older attention to detail for cleaning was not there the bedroom walls had hand prints on them with like grease stains of some sort, the bathroom had some type of mold in the shower on the ceiling plus some extra black pubes on it…hair on the floor that wasn’t mine, ...

Pear Tree Inn St. Louis Airport
We stayed for a night. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean. Gated parking lot is a plus. Kids enjoyed the breakfast and popcorn. We didnt stay for Happy Hour, but that seemed like a nice treat.
