If you request a forgotten item to be returned, a $25 handling fee, plus shipping, will be charged.

Extended Stays

Stays longer than 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, added manually after booking.

Late Check-Outs

Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 charge.
