Beautiful home, very clean, filled with everything you need to cook, clean, relax, and with a driveway in the back to park. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Anheuser Busch factory, and within a short driving distance to the Gateway Arch, downtown, museums, and many other attractions. Great location for easy access anywhere, highly recommend!

Host was very responsive and helpful — thank you!House was very clean and comfortable. Very nice remodel, lots of character (the good kind). Our large dog was quite happy with the house and yard. Great location, although one bedroom faces the freeway so I imagine it’s a bit noisy for sleeping (we didn’t need to use it ourselves, though). Frazer’s restaurant is steps away and was fantastic. Price was pretty high, but we did only have 2 people plus a dog staying there so that’s probably what we get for choosing a larger place. ;)

Clean home. A nice fenced yard for the pup. The beds were a little tough to sleep in as not the upgraded linens or higher quality mattress I would expect. Sparsley furnished but nice enough. Close to zoo and all downtown attractions

Family vacation

The property was very neat and clean, inside and out, and the host was excellent! There were several places to go within walking distance, and the interstate is very easy to access from this location. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Stay!

Home was great for our short stay exploring St. Louis. Rooms were perfect for our teens and yard perfect for our dogs. Gary was in touch to make sure we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend!The pre teen girls loved having the basement area to themselves. There was two beds and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs for them to use.The youngest enjoyed the upstairs bedroom because it was nearby our room.The location was great! We were close to everything we were trying to see and do while in the area.Thank you for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great place with all the conveniences that you hope for in a VRBO--like a stocked kitchen and bathroom with the right accessories. The host was warm and helpful. It was close to everything we were doing in St. Louis. Bonus...there was a basement to hunker down in during a terrible hail storm with a tornado warning. We were safe and comfortable.

Fantastic

I recommend this beautiful home to stay in while you visit St Louis. It was spotless and has all the items you would have at home. It is close to great food and sights. We loved the scenic neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Love this area

We are two couples in our early 60s that came to town for the Eric Clapton concert. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We loved the parking and the outdoor space. We would love to come back.

Soulard home

A charming home in a historic area. Nicely decorated, very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Nice fenced in backyard for our dogs. Our host was kind and easy to communicate with.

Property was as listed (although there is not hot tub) and up-to-date. Nice appliances, furniture and accommodations. Great place to stay for the weekend and very close to many attractions. The owner was very prompt and accessible. We did have a couple concerns, but he was able to tend to them immediately and worked with us. Overall, great stay!

Thanksgiving with my youngest son in STL

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, spacious, in a good area and perfect for my husband, myself and our other son. We could have had a few more guests. The picture on vrbo showed the house as is. We didn’t cook beside breakfast one morning and a pecan pie but the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Gary!

We went to a concert at the dome. 2 miles away. Walked to Budweiser brewery. Went to casino. Hung out with friends on back porch. It was perfect. Extremely clean and comfortable beds.. great host.

St Louis Arsenal St

Overall the property is as described. The property sleeps 12, however, for a family with younger children, the bed situation is not family friendly. There is no bathroom on the main level, nor was there an inside dining table. It rained our entire stay, so we had to eat at the coffee table. And it would be helpful to have known when we checked in, that there is a parking space behind the rental. The location made it easy to get around St Louis. We'd stay again without younger children.

Great Stay is St Louis

Terrific stay. The Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The living room was relaxing. In the evenings, I would ask Alexa to play music while I unwound with a glass of wine. There was a large table outside with an umbrella where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The master bedroom with a canopy and has the largest TV I have ever seen! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Parking was behind the rental and the yard was fenced in. We walked the neighborhood and found Gus' pretzels - a delicious St Louis staple. Really easy drive to the stadium for a Cardinals game. Owner was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Pleasant, clean, nice neighborhood

Neighborhood was nice and we never felt uneasy, even walking at night to local entertainment. House was attractive and clean with room to park 3. Its a lot of stairs, inside and out. Bath on the 2nd, half bath in bsmt, 0 on ground level. I was super impressed with the beds! Best sleep ive had in a long time! Im grateful the owners spent a little extra on the mattresses. I have two mild criticisms. We were looking for a property that had outdoor space with comfortable furniture where we could light a fire and sip wine. We chose this property over several others in the area because the pictures showed exactly that - couches and a fire pit on a deck with pretty overhead lighting. I communicated before our trip with the owner, that it was the outdoor space that sold us on this property over others. We were disappointed to see none of those things existed. The furniture had been replaced with a long table and metal chairs. There was no lighting and no room for the fire pit. That probably suits some families that might stay there, but it wasn't what we were looking for. Overall it would not deter me from staying there again, it was just a mild disappointment. The only other criticism is that we believe someone was in the house while we were out running around town. It's unnerving to think that someone was in the house with our things even if it was the owners. The housewas clean, bright, comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace. Highway noise was not an issue. Overall very pleased
