Grand Swan House Vacation

Very smooth check in process with no troubles. Great area in the Grove and the property itself was perfect for the group staying there (as well as affordable). Very spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed taken care of. All in all it was the perfect spot and I definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a vrbo in the stl area

Awesome location!

Our family enjoyed staying at The Swan House. The location is amazing, the owner is very responsive, and there are a lot of amenities that made our stay enjoyable. You can tell the owners have done a lot of work to make this a desirable property. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house!

Perfect for small group gatherings!

This was the perfect place for our group of friends to reconnect! The pool table was a fun accommodation and the number of beds was great for our group of 8. Will return in the future!

Perfect for a Girls’ Night!

We rented this property for a very low key girls’ night and it was absolutely perfect ! Very clean and spacious property with all sorts of amenities. We were able to use their TV for music and for video games, for example. It’s super close to some fantastic restaurants and cafes so finding a bite to eat was never a problem. There was a small hiccup with check in but the host was very fast to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend this space for anyone that wants to explore one of the best parts of STL!

Great family weekend!

Had a great time in St. Louis. The house was in the best location! Close to zoo, city museum, downtown, everywhere we wanted to go! House had plenty of room for all of us. Host was great to work with! Would stay there again!

The property was amazing. We were slightly concerned when we first drove up because some of the surrounding neighborhood was in a state of dis-repair, but walking in to the Grand Swan House was amazing. They've done a great job at making it look and feel great inside. Very spacious. Perfect for my family of 7 (5 kids, 2 adults). Modern tech throughout. Would gladly stay here again.
