"Loved it, the location is great, close to maho beach. I recommend taking advantage of the parking and renting a car. Trinity at the front desk was awesome and helpful. She works hard and gave some great recommendations. The food at the hotel is good but don’t be afraid to go around."

"Stayed on the adults side of the resort. Bars are less busy, while atmosphere is more relaxing.. the adult-side pool bar has some top shelf such as patron etc which the swim up bars around did not have. Didn’t touch the liquor in the room it’s all wells/cheap which is common at AI’s. The food was pretty decent at the restaurants.. not great but good. The buffet was nasty! Clean though but just not our style food honestly. Also just to note all the restaurants are available to the kids too so our last night we had a very nice dinner at next to a screaming 2 yo -_-. It’s within walking distance to liquor stores, a convenience store that has everything, a strip club, a couple bars. We ate at the Asian cuisine and the air wasn’t working… it ended up coming back on during our meal but it was HOT I’m surprised my husband wanted to stay and eat lol. The complimentary buggy took us to the front of the resort and back every time we asked. Taxis available 24/7 with very reasonable prices. We’d come back!"

"We just wrapped up an incredible week on St. Martin. The villa was beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts are very helpful and quick to address any issues. The villa is on a quiet part of the island, but a short drive wherever you may want to go; we hit beaches and restaurants on both the French and Dutch sides throughout the week. There are markets close by for groceries, and an amazing pizza shop across the street that took us by surprise; an easy dinner after a long day traveling lead to another visit later in the week. (The burrata pizza was incredible!)The villa is very clean and comfortably equipped; we didn’t lack for anything to make meals or go to the beach. The owners have decorated it very nicely too; it’s fun, bright, clean and very comfortable. The pool and beach outside the villa is also very nice with great views and always a nice breeze. When we come back to St. Martin we’ll stay here again. Thanks again to Pascal and Betty for having such a lovely place and making it so welcoming."

"Stayed with a group of 4 for a girls trip and it was the perfect stay. The unit was more than enough space to accommodate us and had everything we needed from beach towels to laundry detergent to bug spray to beach chairs. The views were stunning, the community is quiet, welcoming, and felt very safe. We are absolutely planning to come back to stay here again"

"The unit was exactly as it was represented in the description. It was very clean, spacious and well appointed. The beach was beautiful, the weather was pretty predictable; sunny and hot with short bursts of rain showers. Marie was a delightful host, there were no issues with accessing the front gate and the unit itself.Several great eating spots within walking distance, including Mezza Luna and La Cigale. There is a convenience store, a pharmacy and a wonderful bakery a short walk away.Definitely would recommend staying here. "
