"We had a fantastic experience. We arrived early and were pleased that we could check in ahead of schedule. The location is excellent—just a short 200-yard walk to the beach. Our unit was spotless and offered a beautiful ocean view. There is a casino with several dining options right across the street, and there is always transportation readily available. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was very friendly and approachable. The room was clean but I did not understand why the refrigerator was outside on the porch. The property was well manicured. The food was excellent but why it did not have a soup on the menu. Although an iron was available, why aren't irons in each room?"

"We just wrapped up an incredible week on St. Martin. The villa was beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts are very helpful and quick to address any issues. The villa is on a quiet part of the island, but a short drive wherever you may want to go; we hit beaches and restaurants on both the French and Dutch sides throughout the week. There are markets close by for groceries, and an amazing pizza shop across the street that took us by surprise; an easy dinner after a long day traveling lead to another visit later in the week. (The burrata pizza was incredible!)The villa is very clean and comfortably equipped; we didn’t lack for anything to make meals or go to the beach. The owners have decorated it very nicely too; it’s fun, bright, clean and very comfortable. The pool and beach outside the villa is also very nice with great views and always a nice breeze. When we come back to St. Martin we’ll stay here again. Thanks again to Pascal and Betty for having such a lovely place and making it so welcoming."
Villa La Mission - Magnificent 5-bedroom villa with private beach

"The views from this house are absolutely stunning! The pool is very large and was cleaned several times during our stay. The beach was literal steps from the back of the house. We didn’t float in the ocean directly behind the house due to the strong current and rocks but there are several beaches within a ten minute drive if that’s what you are looking for. We found the beach perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day.The master is separate from the rest of the bedrooms which was nice. Since we were there two weeks, someone came and changed linens and cleaned in the middle of our stay. Each bedroom had their own private bathrooms.Each main room and bedroom had separate air conditioners and they had no trouble keeping up with the July heat. This property was very safe (gated community and gate outside the house) and was within a good proximity to several different areas of the island. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit!"

"This home is wonderfully maintained. We all enjoyed the pool and the remarkable view. The beach is a short walk away. My 18 year old grandson dove for 5 days, got an advanced certification and had a great adventure seeing sharks and rays up close. Our favorite French restaurant is La Cigale near the gas station. We appreciate Ed’s communication and his help with checking in and out. We especially appreciate not having a list of tasks to do at checkout! Great place!"
