"The property was beautifully kept inside and out. The room we stayed in had beautiful furniture and the view was of the beach and fort and Cauldy Island and with the sun shining it was amazing. You could walk to the beach and around town within a short distance. There’s steep steps to the beach or further up, a zig-zag path. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety too. The owner really wants to make sure that you enjoy your holiday. We definitely will return. Parking at the Pay and Display cost £10 per 24 hours for the one at the other end of the street from the B&B."

"The Premier is a short walk from the train station. The room was big enough, comfortable big bed, coffee machine and kettle. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was a good way to start the day. The location is fabulous for walking on the beaches, exploring the town - lots of shops and restaurants right out the front door. Staff were great . "

"The location was great for us. Accommodation clean and spacious enough for four adults and a dog. Lots of places to eat and drink near by. The communication with Phil was very good, he quickly responded to queries we had. We had a great weekend the dog loved running around the beaches. We would definitely look to stay at Franklyn House again. Thanks Phil "

"Probably the best views in Tenby, close to the harbour and beach. Wonderful location with views from each bedroom and living room. There were no instructions on how to find the flat, which was difficult to find and strenuous with pulling cases going up the hill. The flat entrance is opposite St Mary’s church down a small alley next to Greg’s. The accommodation was clean, clean carpets, good decor but with slightly dated furnishings and equipment. We would love to return. "
