Clean, modern, recently built home with new amenities and nice offstreet parking. Home is close to route 40, but far enough away there was no road noise. Owners live close by and are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we visit family in Georgia.

What a beautiful home, with so many nice, warm touches! Built with a keen “Southern touch”, this was the cleanest, most welcoming VRBO we’ve ever rented. Lori was a pleasure to work with, and downtown St Marys is a great location for a relaxed getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Rocking the porch!

The house is just as listed and very comfortable. A great quiet neighborhood and easy to get to “downtown” in about5 minutes. Sweet stay. Really enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening rocking on the front porch under the live oaks.

Perfect Coastal retreat

Twin Oaks and St. Mary's meet all the benchmarks for a perfect coastal getaway! I stumbled across this Vrbo listing while planning our trip to Cumberland Island to see the wild horses. St. Mary's has several B & B type places, but the description and price of Twin Oaks was intriguing so we booked our 3 day/nights and were not disappointed. We fell in love with the town of St. Mary's and can't think of a better spot to get away/ The Twin Oaks Cottage is immaculate. The hosts seem to have thought of everything guests need - from the Keurig coffee maker and pods, to the rocking chairs and swing on the front porch everything contributes to the relaxing vibe. The air conditioning was perfect, the kitchen fully equipped If you are tired, rest on the most comfortable reclining sofa and watch TV or take a nap. If you have any questions, Lori is just a phone call away. I had one question and called - she answered immediately. Kudos to Lori and her team!
