The location is central, with most businesses we were interested in were a 10-20 minute drive.Quiet, with little traffic, and Colorado Mesa University across the street. Park was close, as well as restaurants and bakeries.House interior isn’t updated, but beds were comfortable and large backyard was enjoyable for the grandkids."

"Laura’s home is so comfortable. She has thought of everything! The beds are a dream! It is well supplied with anything one could need. And it was clean! The location can’t be beat. CMU IS maybe 5 min away. There is a First Watch directly across the street. The hospital is around the corner. Laura was so easy to communicate with and responded to any questions we had within minutes. Her home was just right for us and is thee first place we will look when we return again. Thank you Laura! "
