The room was really nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very close to a homeless shelter so I was a bit surprised by that but overall the experience was good. My 2 nitpicks are that the pillows in the bedroom are 4 tiny pillows which really diminished my comfort. The other nitpick is that in the morning it took 10 minutes to get an elevator to us that was not full and we were only on the 5th floor which made us late to our medical appointment.

The room was small ( booked superior king). Breakfast was like cafeteria style so loud and busy.
The hotel felt more policy driven than about customer service.
Hotel was clean and some staff friendly and we were always greeted upon entry.
