"This was my first time visiting this hotel, I was instantly amazed by it. The amenities they offer their guest’s. The staff oh my goodness!.. amazing ain’t even the word for them. Lisa, (special shout out to her) works at the front desk was a great delight for me and kids, she is a huge reason why we will be back to visit again. She was very kind personable, any and every concerns I had she addressed it with valid concern and you just don’t get that really anymore. Much appreciated it. The two bartenders were absolutely amazing too! The rooms were very nice and overall everything was inviting from walking through the doors. Highly recommend!!!!"

"Could not get access to hot tub or pool due to the number of children, at ANY TIME of the day or night. It would be great if its adults only at a certain time even if only an hour. Ie no one under 18 after 9 pm and keep the area open till 10.30 or 11"
