"From the moment we arrived, our experience at The Merchants House Hotel was nothing short of delightful. We were warmly welcomed by Angela, a lovely and attentive member of staff who set the tone for our stay. She provided us with a detailed map of Tallinn and gave excellent recommendations on what to see and where to go—such a thoughtful and helpful start!
Our room was spotless and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a varied menu that catered to different tastes and added a touch of indulgence to our stay.
The hotel itself is steeped in history and perfectly located in the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town, making it an ideal base for discovering the charm and character of the city. You truly feel immersed in the culture from the moment you step outside.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team for their warmth, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. We’re already looking forward to returning soon!
