Great place for family!
Overall the place is beautiful with a lot of things to do for everyone! The only thing I can say is that the resort in general needs a better handle on cleanliness. The unit itself was clean with only a few things like the inside of the drawers that could use a cleaning. Other than that everything was amazing and the property manager was great with communication! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property on the beach!
This property is great, the staff is topnotch and very accommodating! This particular unit is unique with an extra bed in the living room, who really needs a dining room table when there are so many great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Another great stay at Sandpearl!
We just finished a 5 night stay. This was our second stay at the suite and planning our trip to return again next year! Suite is exactly as shown in pictures. Laundry and full kitchen very convenient when travelling with 3 kids. Beautiful resort and great location for restaurants/activities. Property manager Tom was amazing to work with and great communicator.

SO nice
We loved this penthouse and the Sandpearl Resort. The communication with Tom was the best we’ve ever had with a host. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here and have no regrets. We were very impressed with the staff at the resort. We would definitely come back to this same penthouse if we ever have the opportunity again. SO nice from beginning to end and everything in between. We are so appreciative.

Winter getaway
The location is perfect. We rented a car but really didn’t need it. You can walk everywhere. My only complaint was the weather. But you can’t control that 😊 Still had sunshine and pretty days. Sandpearl is a very nice resort and our condo was awesome.

Perfect for bringing Grandma along!
The suite was perfect for bringing Grandma along to help with the baby! It was wonderful to have a kitchen, large bathroom and washer/dryer. We joined other family members staying at the resort. We enjoyed all of the amenities which include a poolside restaurant/bar, hot-tub, family friendly pool with tropical ambiance, awesome workout facility and top rate spa. We will come again. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Tom the suite owner for making everything seamless!

Fantastic resort
Loved the place and resort. Drinking Pina coladas by the pool and beach was fun - best made drinks I’ve had. Condo was very nice and very clean. Owner was great to work with - communicated promptly with us. A little street noise but that comes with the great, walkable to everything, location. Our third trip to Clearwater beach in the third different place and this one we’ll come back to for sure. Hot tub and heated pool were great with the cooler weather.

Hotel Construction
Difficult to give accurate review as we stayed during renovation/construction occuring at hotel. But here it is 1) Hotel - The unit is in the Sandpearl which is an amazing resort right on the Gulf. Beach is amazing. Staff is amazing. Unfortunately the Resort was in full renovation mode during our stay with construction from 8am-6pm. We are talking jack hammers, drills, hammering etc. The hallway was dusty and you could see the dust in the air. There were construction workers everywhere and we even had random people opening our doors until we talked to the foreman. Fortunately the construction is slated to end by the end of December. 2) The unit-The unit is exactly as seen in pictures. King bed in bedroom and queen in living area. Kitchen well stocked including Keurig pods. Also laundry in room with detergent provided. Couple of negatives were, a) no blackout blinds in living area where queen beds are and where our children slept so they were up early b) ice maker in fridge not working but there was ice machine on floor c) floors a bit squeaky. Overall a beautiful unit. 3) Owner - Easy communication and quick response. We only wish he would have warned us about the construction when we booked. We likely would NOT have booked had we known. He was kind enough to refund us a couple of nights and we ended up leaving early to a different resort due to the construction. Basically, if there was no construction everything would have been amazing!

They did foget to turn back on the water to the refrigerator when they finished the work in our suite, so that's why there was no ice. This has been resolved. The penthouse sits atop the amazing Sandpearl Resort which is imo the finest property in Clearwater. We had full use of all the amenities and private beach access. The beach is one of the finest in Florida and the sunsets are breathtaking. The suite was clean updated and tastefully decorated. The washer dryer was a valued feature. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The only negative I found was a bit of a noise factor as the property faced the street with a sports bar adjacent. It got a little loud at night but it wasn’t intolerable just noticeable. Also be aware there is quite a bit of construction being done on that floor and a lot of dust, dirt etc in the hallways and some noise along with it. But that is hopefully short term and won’t be an issue once renovations are complete. We had a perfect time with perfect weather and are looking forward to returning soon!

Amazing Trip!!
This was our first vacation as a family with our 3 year old and the unit was perfect! We loved the ammenities and the location. Everything was very clean and easily accessible -- having the washer & dryer was a big bonus for clean up after days spent on the beach. The host was incredible friendly and responsive. I appreciated that! 10 out of 10 would stay again!

Wedding Stay
Stayed at the property as a surprise for my fiancé. She took her wedding pictures on the balcony and had stunning views of the intercostal waterway and bright city lights. Property and resort will not disappoint. Incredible staff, beautiful room, amazing resort and spa. If you are looking for a 5 star vacation and an outstanding host look no further.

Best location on Clearwater Beach
To stay at the best resort on Clearwater Beach was such a treat. The unit is perfect for a family of 4. We put the young grandkids to sleep and sat on the balcony and watched the "goings on" on Mandalay Blvd. at night. Watching the sunrise was magnificent from this unit. We were always outside for sunsets. So many things to do you don't even have to leave the Sandpearl. Check in and out is a breeze. The pool is at the bottom of the elevator and the beach steps away from the pool. The owner provided Starbucks coffee pods , lovely soap and complimentary water. beds were super comfy . The only downside is if you want to cook in the unit there isn't a cookie sheet plus the shower head could be replaced. We loved our stay and would definitely return. The owner was very responsive and accommodating.

The pictures are very accurate and the place is immaculate. Honestly, first class. The only minor thing is the Wi-Fi is a bit slow and the shower needs more pressure. Do not hesitate to book. We will be back for sure. Five stars!

Updated well-equipped suite!
We love the bright, fresh aesthetic of this suite - gray toned wood floors, white linens, navy seating. It has a mostly stocked kitchen, awesome washer/dryer, all the supplies you need to keep things clean during your stay. Hotel amenities are a huge plus and the clean, calm gulf waters are amazing. This was a repeat stay and would definitely return! Came with my two kids who sleep great in the queen bed in main living area and so nice to have the privacy of room adjacent to them.

Nice condo. But, bay view instead of ocean view. The shower was one of the worst I’ve ever used…15 minutes to get warm, never hot. Then there was no water pressure. Hard to get rinsed off. No housekeeping for the 2 days. I guess i just expected more.

AS ADVERTISED! My wife and I had an amazing time. Room was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed and a gorgeous view. The location was ideal. Short walk from restaurants, bars, breakfast, coffee, stores, etc... We had no need for our rental car. Beach was incredible. soft white sand and crystal clear water. No need for us to go back to miami, mexico, or carribean islands unless. Sandpearl resort is 20-30 minutes from Tampa airport depending on time of day/traffic. Tom, the owner even texted us just to make sure all was ok with the accommodations/room. We already have plans to book the room again same time next year.

Great Spring Break Escape!
Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay here following stops in Disney. This penthouse suite was beautifully decorated and extremely clean! We had plenty of space when in our room, but the true appeal of this unit is the access to the resort pool and beach! Easter Brunch at Caretta on the Gulf was our family’s favorite meal. Tom was extremely professional and responded promptly via text. The only feedback (and not a reflection of the unit, but the holiday weekend in general) was the late night crowds on the street below as kids were trying to sleep. Definitely a new family favorite beach spot. Hope to make it back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back for a longer vacation next time. The Sandpearl is an amazing resort with everything you need for a beach vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable and we loved having both the amenities of the hotel and a beautiful, large condo for our family to come back to where we could relax and not feel so cramped like in a hotel room.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation
Wonderful property that was well equipped and very clean. Looked same as pictures. Comfortable beds, great communication and perfect location for our family vacation.
