Perfect stay! Tom is incredible as a host - welcoming and responsive. He's thought of all of the details, especially for families! The pack n play and high chair were a huge help as was him being accommodating with check-in/out times. Unit was very clean, beach was wonderful, and such a plus to have access to Sandpearl amenities! Already looking at dates when we can return!

Fabulous spring break week

We had an amazing 5 days here. Opening the door for the first time and seeing the view had me in awe. It was the perfect spot for our family. My kids loved the room, the pool, and the beach. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Clearwater!

We stayed here over Easter weekend as a family. I have two teens and they loved all the resort amenities. Tom was a great host. Very helpful and kept us up to date on all the things we needed to know. Would definitely recommend and will come back!

The location was perfect, with the beach, activities and restaurants all within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the area and found the hotel a beautiful place for rest and relaxation. We have been to the Sandpearl two times previously but stayed in the main hotel rooms, this was our third stay. Tom was spectacular as our host. His suite was immaculate. The beds were super comfortable. All of the amenities made us feel right at home and super hard to leave. We will definitely be staying here again in the future if we return!

Perfection! Just Book It!

Beautiful, spotless, exactly as described and then some. There was so much space to spread out and tons of amenities. We felt extremely comfortable. Hands down the best Vrbo we have experienced. This is my second stay at The Sandpearl. The first stay was in a traditional room. After staying in Tom's penthouse there's no going back. We will absolutely return and book with Tom.
