About this property

3 Bedroom home between downtown and the beaches!

  • Welcome to the center of it all! This charming home stands right in the middle of downtown St. Petersburg and the best beaches in the country! The home is clean, bright, and comfy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet on a charming brick road. You will enjoy the quick access to St. Petersburg, Gulf Port, and St. Pete Beach. Behind the main home is an attached rental that has its own separate entrance. There is no access to either unit from the other.

    Each bedroom has its own bed and closet. One queen bed, one king bed, and one queen bed.

    Plenty of room for multiple cars in front of the house on the wide street for parking.

    20 minutes from PIE and 30 minutes from TPA.
