The spacious, recently renovated condo is on the second floor and features a cozy bedroom furnished with a small refrigerator, coffee maker and comfortable queen bed, ensuring restful nights after sun-filled days. Stay cool and connected with central air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Long Beach Weekend

Perfect spot for a Long Beach weekend. Super friendly host, budget friendly, and right on the Beach! Exactly what we were looking for and needed. We rented a car to go to dinner - Clearwater and Indian Rocks is a short drive.

Lovely place

Lovely. The host was extremely helpful. It would have been good to know the beach was closed for beach restoration as we specifically chose this place to be on the beach. Overall if was a nice place.

Average stay

The Host was excellent, floors were dirty enough upon walking in that our socks got brown. Bath vent fan didn't work so struggled with getting moisture down in the room for comfort. Big enough slot at bottom right corner of door for rodents to run inside and people talking outside could easily be heard. Good location. just think the room needs some attention.

I recently stayed at BelleAir Beach Club, a beachfront condo with an unbeatable location offering fantastic sunset views and easy access to the beach. The check-in process was smooth, with the host sending the key codes right before check-in. While I had a few small issues at the start, they were quickly resolved, and communication was excellent. However, during my two-week stay, I encountered some concerns with other units. I met three other guests who complained about a musty smell in their condos, which was hard to ignore. While the location was great, I hope the condo conditions are addressed for guest safety.

Cigarette smoke filled our room for the first night. We don't smoke. Television couldn't be viewed from bed. We had to sit at the end of the bed or stand.Television kept cutting out completely. Room was very clean and sanitary. View of beach was exactly as pictured.

Absolute gem

We spent a week here in March. This quaint little place was exactly what I was looking for. The grounds were spotless, parking plentiful and access to the beach superb. We met a lot of fun travelers while lounging at the pool. If you don’t have a vehicle, you can catch a bus about 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location

The property was clean upon entry. Check in was a breeze. Literally steps away from the gulf. Ten minute drive to clearwater beach and Pier 60. Ice machine and laundry on site. Pool looked clean but i did not use it. Great value for the location.
