The house is located in an upscale and safest neighborhood in Saint Petersburg.

    Our dock is located in the backyard with a 13,000 lbs boat lift to accommodate your large boat. We are minutes away from Tampa Bay and access is very easy. We provide free kayaks and fishing poles for added fun during your free time.

    WARNING: The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. NO GROUP GATHERING OR PARTIES ALLOWED. ANY VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $2000 FEES. EXTERIOR CAMERAS ARE ALSO BEING USED 24/7.
