Quiet Neighborhood

The house was really nice. It was clean & comfortable for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet & when you sat outside in the fenced yard it was peaceful. We would definely recommend this house.

Beautifully kept home

Charming. Bed was so comfortable! Fenced yard was lovely for me and my little dog. I have asthma, so my only issue was the scented plug ins that I had to unplug and air the place out. Many people love scents, but for those with scent issues it is a challenge. I would recommend all natural scents in a reed diffuser.

Cozy and quiet

We stayed two nights with our dog. It is a comfortable, clean and quiet location. The small fenced yard was nice, but our dog didn't like the artificial grass. No worries, the location is right next to the Pinellas County trail, so there is easy access to plenty of grass if you have a pet. We stayed to be close to downtown Clearwater to attend a concert and the location was perfect. Nina also provides chairs and towels for anyone planning a beach day and there's a washer and dryer if you're planning a longer stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Nice Cozy Stay

Perfect place to stay as a couple. Clean and well appointed. The only issue was tight parking for a full size truck. Smaller vehicles should have no problem.

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect as it was a quick drive to clearwater beach as well as the other nearby beaches and restaurants. The bed was super comfortable and basic toiletries and towels were provided which was super helpful! The wonderful host made the check in/out process so easy and checked in several times during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was going well. Such a cute place and love that we could bring our small dog with us and she was very comfortable as well Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed

The place was much smaller than the pictures made it look. The sofa was barely big enough for two adults. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but we didn’t have any issues. It was a nice place, just not what I expected.

Perfect for a couple

The unit was cute and welcoming, and we very much enjoyed the private outdoor space! It was everything my husband and I needed for our stay while visiting family in the area. The host was very helpful and kind. It is super close to any convenience you could imagine. We would stay again and recommend it! (:

Great host. Okay stay.

Cons: Lock box for key doesn’t work properly. Towel rod in bathroom broken. Bed is very low to ground and squeaks very loudly just by sitting on it. Every time you roll over it sounds like you are in a bowl of hard crunchy potato chips. Mattress is soft though. Yard is very small. About 16 x 16 feet The permanent tenant on property smokes marijuana a LOT. If you are outside it is disruptive. Pictures of property are not a true depiction. Bar stools are not the same as in picture, couch is not the same, some pictures show a desk but there isn’t a desk, some pictures show an oval shaped coffee table but it is a large square one and doesn’t fit in the room very well, and pictures make it appear much larger. Pros: Pinellas Trail is right across the street. Very private property. Carport to park under. Host is VERY responsive and we were asked if it was okay if their handyman could come over to replace couch while we were there. We were fine with that. Couch is very small and had to be assembled. Not good quality at all. It would be better if the couch was taken out and replaced with 2 quality recliners. All that being said the place was clean, just the right size for 2 people, bigger than a hotel room, and we were able to bring our 2 small dogs. We would stay again if the bed was fixed and if the tenant was asked not to smoke marijuana while there.
