“A” Beachy Keen Cottage! Just Steps From Indian Rocks Beach!

  • This wonderful cottage is across the street from the public beach entrance, yet in a residential community. Fully Remodeled Early 2020...basically brand new! Offering two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a open spacious living room and kitchen. Private patio with Tables, Chairs, Huge Umbrella, shared Hot Tub, Grill, also offering Bicycles and Beach Chairs. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, cocktails, ice cream, and many other shops. Plus, walk half a block into the neighborhood to fabulous Kolb park with tennis, pickle ball, skateboard park, playground, basketball, or enjoy watching a baseball game. We request on-site renter to be a minimum 25 years of age. This wonderful like new location offers something for everyone and is sure to relax you, your family, and your friends!

Nice clean little house just 1 block away (less than 5 min walk) from the beach. Loved the fact that beach items (umbrella, chair, cooler, wagon...) were available to use. Made the stay at the beach so much smoother and easy.I greatly recommend it.

Sparkling Clean Cottage Close to Beach

Great location! One block from beach. Host provided all the beach necessities including chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, & boogie boards. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops & ice cream. And then you can relax at night in the hot tub. We loved our stay!

Great house and owner, she was available if needed. The house was newly renovated and has upgraded appliances which were great to use. The kids loved having bikes to use around the block and going to the park. It was walking distance to the local cafe, ice cream shop, and surf souvenir shops which the kids loved. Would highly recommend staying at the Beachy Keen Cottage!! Bonus, we got to see some sea turtle nests on Indian Rocks Beach! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

5-Star Retreat

Photos didn't do this justice to this beautiful, and extremely well-appointed home! Beautiful, high-end and pristine furnishings throughout. Every amenity available inside and out to enjoy our stay, and wonderful communication with Paula, our host. Beach access was very convenient and allowed for wonderful sunset walks! Just wish we could have extended our visit to take advantage of all that is offered. Looking forward to our return stay!

This is a well appointed little cottage with a convenient location. We loved how close it was to beach access and local restaurants. In a nice quiet neighborhood. We also appreciated that there was beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach cart, etc. available for use.

Great stay by the beach

We loved being so close to the beach. There is tons of beach equipment available for use. Beds were very comfortable. There were som hiccups with check in but Paula and team worked hard to accommodate my family. It was a great stay by the beach!

Very nice trip, we're familiar with the area so the access to the beach was priority for us, too bad the weather did not cooperate but that's January for you. Easy walk less than 5 minutes to the beach. Vacation home was very nice, clean. Good communication for the couple questions we had after we arrived.

Great place, minutes walk to the beach

We loved our stay! The unit was up-to-date and very clean. I appreciated all the amenities including every beach accessory you'd ever need - carts, backpack beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. The hot tub was perfect for the kiddos after the beach too! And the 3 minute walk to the beach was the best part. Host communicated quickly and often anytime I had a question, and was extremely accommodating, letting us check in early and out late! We will definitely be back!
