This 4th floor Condo/Studio unit is located on Treasure Island, with a white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico close to both Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport and Tampa International Airport. Staying here won’t break your pocketbook and you will have everything you need for either a quick weekend getaway or a three month winter retreat.

Feel the breeze and watch the waves from your King Bed and Private Balcony overlooking the ocean.

Amenities include heated pool, full size pull out couch perfect for a family of 4. Cable TV, large flat screen with internet WiFi access available, Blue Ray DVD Player, Full kitchen including microwave, dinnerware service for 4, a full set of cookware, utensils, full size refrigerator, two-burner electric stove, microwave and ceramic tile floor throughout. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare great meals. An outside grill is in the court yard and available for all to use. A Washer/Dryer is available onsite. Linens and towels are furnished. Private dock and RV parking available.

Enjoy one of dozens of eating and drinking establishments that are within minutes of this resort. Or, if you prefer, shop for groceries just a few blocks away, then cook at “home” while sipping a cocktail on your private balcony.

The furniture is “beach designer”, very clean and comfortable.

Enjoy the poolside Tiki Bar, heated pool, or swimming and fishing in the Gulf surf.

Bring your watercraft with you. There is a private dock and boat ramp for your convenience. There is also designated parking for your RV, all just across the street on the Intracoastal Waterway with access to Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

My husband and I just needed to reset and relax! The view and direct beach access is exactly what we needed! The pool and tiki bar was so much fun! We walked to Sloppy Joes for dinner, and ubered to Johns Pass for the afternoon! Already looking at dates for a return trip!

From the location to the cleanliness, everything was fantastic! The room had everything you need for a beach stay. Tiki bar was awesome, as was the heated pool. Can walk to restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous views

The views and sunsets were amazing. Beach access was just a step out the door. Extra amenities like beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were so nice. The unit needs some updating and repair, but we would definitely book here again.

Weekend Getaway

This was a perfect little place for two for a quick weekend getaway. Loved that this place was directly on the beach and I really enjoyed the balcony view! Nice that beach chairs and coolers were there for us to use. Bed was comfortable. My only complaints are that the water pressure in the shower was terrible and the elevators need some maintenance!

Loved this little condo. The bed was comfortable, it was clean. It's right on the beach which was wonderful! The walk out to the beach was easy. There was a beach rental company on site, super convenient. The pool was clean and nice to swim in. Parking wasn't an issue as the resort has an extra lot for over flow. Great communication with the property manager as well.

Exactly what I needed!

I spent my 60th Birthday at the Island Resort Treasure Island and loved everything. The room I had was very clean and had everything I needed, including beach chairs. The balcony provided beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. I enjoyed the pool through out the day. I would recommend this property and owner. I will be back.

Treasure Island Gem

The property is exactly as depicted. The room was perfect for our family of 3. The balcony had plenty of room & gave us the perfect view of the gulf. While the pool was small, there was plenty of seating & it never became overly crowded. My husband and I loved the drinks at the tiki bar. I would recommend this location as a great, family friendly vacation spot.

Amazing Sunsets

Everything about this place was perfect! From the moment we walked through the door and smelled the clean, fragrant room, i knew we would enjoy the rest of our stay..just the way it happened too. The staff was nice, easy check-in/check-out Room had everything we needed, A/C was great as well as the comfortable bed. Sunsets from the patio was amazing and memorable..i will definitely return. Treasure Island beach day

There’s still a lot clean up going on which was interesting to see it all. That’s why I went. It was a nice beachfront view. The studio is all in one room there definitely could be like dishes, updated, and things updated so it doesn’t feel.old style. The curtains and the bedspread were a pretty color
