Check in was easy, clean small unit. Quiet. Floor was dirty though. We only stayed one night and was good for what we needed.

Cute & Cozy!!

Katie, our host, was fantastic! Friendly as can be and very helpful. We loved our room. It was on the small side but perfectly appointed. The pool was great too - very clean! My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the A/C unit in the room. I mean thank goodness we had it - don’t get me wrong - but it was a bit loud. I’m sure this is normal and seemed noisier because the room is on the smaller side. Not a huge deal and I’d rather have it than not for sure. We look forward to returning!

We enjoyed our stay at this recently renovated boutique motel. It was right across the street from Treasure Island Beach access! Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach on Gulf of Mexico! Thanks for a smooth stay.

This stay was very enjoyable! We were in a perfect location to walk everywhere we wanted. The accommodations were very cute and cozy. The floors were not the cleanest and could have been mopped before we came, that truly is the only complaint we had, everything else was fantastic!

I can honestly say out of all our visits to see our Son to vacation, this has been our best stay thus far. I can’t even explain how wonderful this place is was. Clean, accommodating and walking distance to the beach! Convenient store right next door. Ice cream shop across street. Restaurants less than a 20 min walk. We will stay again! Absolutely a wonderful place!!

My favorite place

I have stayed at BBR several times and always enjoy my stay. This time was great too except there was a group of 4 people at the pool one evening that were very loud (you know the type that want to draw attention to themselves so they keep getting louder) and then a couple of them were "making out" in the pool with kids around which was again obnoxious. No complaints on cleanliness or staff friendliness whatsoever. Won't keep me feom coming back AGAIN!!. Love staying here.

Charming retreat

We had one of the smaller units without a kitchen but place was nice, quaint & met our needs. Next year we’ll likely rebook here again, but do a larger room for nights we want to stay in, cook, & hang by the pool. Mgmt. was extremely responsive & resourceful. Smaller place made for good conversations with other guests as well & extra kids to play with at the pool.

The only thing was the water pressure of the bathroom sink was very low. Hot water pressure kept going on an off while showering. Easy fixes. I will definitely come back. Thank you for offering this service. Military discount would be a plus .

Nice property

This property was very clean and nicely renovated. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice and clean. Only complaint is check in time. Hard coming from another state and wanting to go to beach and have no where to change or anything. Most of 1st day wasted waiting to be able to check in but expect you to be out early when checking out!! Beautiful property though. Definitely would stay again!!

Small but good

The pool area was very nice, easy walk to the beautiful beach, shake shop right across the street and convenience store right across the street were definite perks! The trolley up and down the beaches was super convenient and easy to use. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows, which is a bonus for me! Full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig available. The one and only thing I did not like is that we were asked to take our trash to the dumpster in the alley before leaving. My daughter and I left at 5:30 a.m., and I did not feel safe doing so. Just a small adjustment that could be made by cleaning staff to increase safety for guests. We had a great stay, thank you!
