Ideal for families, the integrated living room and kitchen offer plenty of space to gather and unwind. Step outside to discover the amazing, fenced backyard, complete with a cozy couch and BBQ area, perfect for enjoying sunny Florida days.
Welcome to your new home in the heart of Saint Pete! This delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this property boasts a stunning backyard that is fully fenced for your privacy and enjoyment.
Spacious Living Areas and modern kitchen: Enjoy the open and inviting living spaces, perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing with family. The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances, ample space and sunny lighting coming from the various windows!
Master Suite: Retreat to your private master bedroom with queen bed and complete with an en-suite bathroom for your convenience. There's also a Smart Tv 32" in this bedroom.
