  • One bedroom beach cottage renovated in 2025, 30 second walk to the beach! This unit has 2 wall-mounted tv's, one in the living room and 1 in the bedroom for netflix, Amazon Prime etc. This unit is located on the outer corner of the complex for maximum privacy and private outdoor space but yet 10 second walk to the heated pool ! Full size stove and refrigerator. Community has outdoor bbq grill and onsite parking ! Great outdoor space to lounge or work remote. 2 minutes to Johns Pass with plenty of restaurants and fun for the kids. Great restaurants within walking distance ! Laundry machines on-site.
