Cute, comfortable, and quirky! Newly renovated, this upstairs apartment is ideal for work from homies. Plenty of room to set up an office that overlooks the pretty yard. Comfortable queen bed for you and couch/futon for guests! Two closets for hanging clothes. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and the bathroom has a beautiful new shower and sink/vanity. Enjoy FL weather under the pergola and meet your downstairs neighbor. Great location btw downtown and the beach! Parking on street.
