Laid-back Clearwater Beach is known for its namesake stretch of soft, white sand, which draws visitors year-round for jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding in its calm waters. Cyclists and rollerbladers glide along a winding beachfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and cafes. Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car since it’s the most practical way of getting around. We have plenty of free parking as well. If you’d like to use public transport, there is a bus stop (Jolley Trolley) right next to the rental.

We were impressed with the pool - clean lots of lounge chairs available, was quiet and peaceful. Found the bedroom had a really comfortable bed with soft clean and comfortable bedding as well!

10 year anniversary trip

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Monaco Vacation rental property. Our room was exactly as advertised; clean, spacious and conveniently located. Antoni was responsive and attentive without being invasive. We were able to check in early and extend our stay to accommodate our late flight. We would love to come back and would recommend this property to anyone.

Working vacation

Just as pictured. No surprises. The rooms were clean, the area appeared safe, and the pool was warm. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I will definitely stay again.

We had a delightful stay at Monaco. Convenient walk to beautiful beach and Mandalay businesses as mapped. Clean room. Meticulously maintained grounds. Comfortable bed and pillows. Host responded to questions and requests lightning-fast, and provided suggestions for restaurants. We hope to return!

This was our favorite VRBO stay to date/ the location is perfect, within walking distance to everything yet out of the traffic. The shipwreck bar is only 150 ft from the unit and its a fun little bar also Alba pizza across the street is amazing as well . it was a bit chilly when we were there but the pool was warm like a hot tub. this property is dog friendly which we loved but some may not. We already booked it for next year we liked it so much.

Great 5 days!!!

Everything was perfect. I come to Clearwater a few times a year but it was my husbands first time there. He LOVED everything about our stay. From our wonderful room, to the pool, to the manicured landscape, to the quiet safe neighborhood, to the close proximity to the beach. Everything was amazing. Even my friend who lives in Clearwater was extremely impressed with our Vrbo. We will definitely be back!!!!
