Surrounded by windows and filled with natural light, it's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, gather for meals, or spend some quality time together before and after the beach.

• BEDROOMS •



The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms, making it a great setup for couples, families, or friends traveling together.



The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps, closet/storage space, and its own private half bathroom.



The second bedroom features two twin beds, a closet, dresser, and bright coastal touches. It's a great setup for kids, friends, or additional guests.



Important layout note: There is an interior door connecting the two bedrooms. The door can be closed for privacy or left open, depending on what works best for your group.



Need additional sleeping space? The living room sofa converts into a queen-size sleeper.



• BATHROOMS •



The cottage offers 1.5 bathrooms, giving your group a little extra convenience when getting ready for the day.



The primary bedroom has its own private half bath, while the main full bathroom features a beautiful walk-in tiled shower.



Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, so that's a little less you'll need to pack. 🫧

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, with a full-size refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, utensils, and plenty of counter space.

There's also a full-size washer and dryer, especially convenient after sandy beach days or for longer stays.

And you don't need to bring half the house with you—we provide beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and other beach essentials for your stay.

Indian Rocks Beach is renowned for its peaceful beaches and excellent dining options, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. Despite its tranquility, this area remains conveniently close to lively spots like Clearwater Beach and John's Pass. These serene beaches are ideal for those seeking relaxation while enjoying delicious food and beverages.🌅



You don't have to get in the car every time you want to grab something to eat.



Gulf Blvd and several local spots are within walking distance, making it easy to experience the laid-back beach-town lifestyle.



Grab your morning coffee or breakfast at Grove Surf Café, pick up a slice from Pajanos Pizza & Subs, or enjoy dinner and a Gulf Coast sunset at Groupers on the Gulf.



Spend the morning at the beach, wander back for an afternoon break, and head out again for dinner—the location makes it easy to experience the area at your own pace.



Please keep in mind that we are located in a residential neighborhood, and we appreciate your kindness and courtesy during your stay. Locals appreciate their peace and quiet, and we want this to remain a haven of tranquility for everyone to share and cherish. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM! ✌🏽



Getting Around:

- Nearby, some restaurants and bars are easily accessible on foot or a short drive.

- There are two parking spaces available.

- A local trolley stop is conveniently located on most corners of IRB, offering an affordable and pleasant way to explore the area.

- To use the trolley during your visit, we recommend downloading the Flamingo & Transit app.

- Golf Cart Rental? Please ask us for a referral! We know of a wonderful local small biz.



- IRB, slightly south of Clearwater Beach, offers a less touristy atmosphere, enhancing the distinctive charm of our town.



- 15 min drive to Clearwater Beach

- 20 min drive to John's Pass

- 25 min drive to Dunedin

Other Things to Note:

- No need to worry about packing or renting beach supplies! We supply our guests with towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, & an umbrella.



- We provide a pack-n-play for your convenience at our property.



- A Quick Note: This home is also enjoyed by the owners throughout the year. Their covered vehicle remains parked on the property. We kindly ask that you do not touch the owner’s vehicle. Thank you for treating their personal belonging with the same care and respect you would your own.



- TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays.

We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! You'll enjoy self-check-in and plenty of privacy, but we're always available if you have questions or need assistance. From time to time, you may see us stopping by briefly to take care of the trash and recycling—otherwise, we'll leave you to enjoy your vacation.
