5-Star bright and spacious PRIVATE beachfront Key West style beach bungalow retreat perfect for enjoying and experience the beauty of Florida beaches. This unique space is great for a family that wants to spend a quality stay at the center of Belleair and Clearwater Beach.

The Space:
We are family friendly hosts. The space is perfect for 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, including infants.
Built by a merchant marine captain using wood salvaged from the real Queen Mary luxury ocean liner! This beautiful oceanfront beach bungalow merges architectural beauty with historic nautical artifacts and modern amenities/design. Total space is roughly 1,450 square feet. Newly renovated in 2018. This beach house is something you don t want to miss out on!!The house has everything one could ever want - perfectly clean, a magnificent deck, beautifully furnished, and an amazing ocean view.

Great location & Clean

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was clean and the beach was just steps away from the back porch! Beautiful sunsets and the beach was not crowded. Perfect vacay for our family!

Convenient and Enjoyable Beach house

A perfect spot for a family or friend vacation. It’s just a few steps away from the beach to swim or go for a walk, and has an outdoor seating area where you can relax and watch the sunset. The house is very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and the owner was great with communication. Enjoyed our time there with friends and the convenience to restaurants and things to do.

The property was amazing! It was decorated in a perfect nautical/coastal theme, well appointed, and nicely updated. The house was extremely clean and cared for. Being on just steps from the beach, one might have expected some sand on the floors inside or other places, but the cleaners nailed it - zero! The property included everything one needs for their stay from the kitchen to the bathrooms, plus beach towels, chairs, even an ice chest. Communication with the owners was easy and timely. They were even nice enough to give us some pointers for local restaurants, which turned out to be spot on. We hope to be back next year.

Enjoyable beach house

Beautiful almost beachfront home. Very well appointed…everything you need for a family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach. Very clean and neat Note the actual house is the yellow one behind the blue one.

Comfort snd convenience

This is the perfect spot for a family or friend vacation. It’s just steps away from the beach and has an outdoor seating area you can watch the sunset from. The beds were really comfortable and had everything you can think of. The property manager was great with communication and was very welcoming.

Beach getaway

We had a great vacation! The hosts were very responsive but honestly they provided absolutely everything we needed so there was hardly a need for communication! While you’re not perfectly beach front, you are so close you don’t even realize it. We loved sitting out on the patio between trips to the water. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Perfect Getaway

We needed a few days to getaway and this place was perfect. It was exactly as advertised. It was close enough to Uber to Clearwater for food and entertainment but far enough away that the beach was not crowded.

Great stay

The house is super cute but small. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are very small but enough for just using it to sleep. Upstairs master is spacious. If we weren’t at the beach, the back patio is where we spent most of our time. There were plenty of towels, beach towels and extra linen. The owner responded to all questions and requests remarkably fast

Great location!

We loved this beach house. There was plenty of room for our family and the house is right on the beach. The beach area is also less congested than some of the other areas and makes it easy to lay out on the beach and be able to go back to the house for the bathroom and snacks. The property owner/manager was great with check in and check out communication. We will definitely be back!

Manatees and More

We loved staying at this beach house. It is so close to the beach and the gulf was amazingly clear. We saw manatees, dolphins, turtle nests and sand dollars. The house is in a great location...easy to get to restaurants and Publix. We rented bikes and enjoyed exploring the area that way too. The house is well stocked - thank you!

Perfect Family Vacation

Right off the bat, communication with the owner was amazing. Even during the hurricane, we received updates about the property. They made sure we knew how to check in, checked on us during the first night, and followed up again before check out. The property is so nice, relaxing, and has everything you may need! We didn't need to pack beach towels sunscreen, or even cotton balls. The walk to the beach was short, and the neighbors were all very friendly. This is a vacation spot we hope to revisit!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, very comfortable for 5 adults, nice kitchen. Very clean & had everything you needed. Only complaint is there wasn’t a pool and the beach was closed for renovations. We had construction trucks starting at 8 am and went till 5 pm ever day! Next time I would check to make sure the beach was opened!

Beautiful Beach House

Trip was for my 50th Bday and my sons 21st. It was us and both of our best friends. House was amazing! Even more beautiful in person. Just a few steps on your on the beach. Sitting out on the back patio, listening to the sound of the waves was priceless and so relaxing. We felt right at home. George goes above and beyond making sure you have an amazing experience. Everything you need is there. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!!

Beachy keen!

Our group was absolutely floored by the location and vacation vibe of this space; it made for a super special family vacation. Everything was so well appointed, the attention to detail and amenities (beach chairs, fluffy towels, volleyball, spices to cook, aloe for red shoulders) name it- they thought of it, and it makes you feel like you are truly at a home away from home. It is maybe 70 steps from the patio, through the dune to the sugar sand. Easy morning walks, early swims, sunsets and star gazing. We hope to return! It was a terrific.

Truly a slice of Paradise

From the moment we opened the door we fell in love. The attention to detail is amazing with every amenity you could possibly need. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in The most amazing beach was our back garden An early morning jog where every passer by greeted me with a warm hello Lots of nice restaurants nearby. We have been holidaying as 2 couples with children (now 19 and 20) for over 15 years and this was our favourite. We will be recommending to all our Irish friends back home. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Its very special 💕

Relaxing Getaway with Everything You Need

Had an amazing stay with 3 adults and 2 children. Steps away from the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but quick drive or Uber ride to Clearwater if you want the shops and crowds. Lots of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. House had a gorgeous back patio where we watched the sunrise/sunset and relaxed at night listening to the waves. The house is stocked with everything you may need for your stay and beach including towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys. Convenient onsite laundry. Super clean and nicely decorated. We had a slight issue with the fridge and George was quick to respond. One of our best vacations ever. We’ll definitely be back.

Family vacation

This property was a wonderful stand alone residence with beach access just steps away. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable. We enjoy the close proximity to the local attractions that we engaged in such as parasailing , the sunset schooner cruise, and miniature golf. Chute em up parasailing company highly recommended , great captain and crew, fun yet professional. As most all vacationers will say the time went too fast but we did enjoy daily walks on the beach and of course picking up seashells. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a beach side experience and a quiet neighborhood. It’s nice to sit outside on the patio and also the attached shower for cleaning off the Sandy eat before entering the house. House was very clean and very inviting. The check out instructions were very easy and basically just treat this property as if it was your own. Thank you George for sharing your residence in the sunshine state.

Great beach access. The Outdoor shower was definitely a must have. It even had hot water. We were a family of 6 adults. We never felt cramped. Roomy to host 6. Kitchen was equipped enough. Interior design adds a beautiful flavor to the beach vacation. Beds were great. Not to soft not to hard. Very clean home.
