The home is perfectly laid out & well equipped, especially for families with children. Whether it's time to relax or play, this extraordinary home has something for everyone! Enjoy those Florida nights under the Tiki hut and outdoor pool. Gather the group to play corn hole or one of our many board games inside and out. The ultimate vacation awaits you.

Ideally located to many of the best kept secrets of Pinellas County like Honeymoon Island in Dunedin, Caladesi Island voted top 10 by US News Travel, Travel + Leisure, Forbes and CNN travel and so much more. 7 minutes to Indian Rocks AND Madeira Beach, 12 minutes to Clearwater Beach this home is the epitome of practical design and comfort. You have the best of both worlds being tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood but less than a mile to multiple grocery stores, Publix, Target, Starbucks, shopping, restaurants and more. A local favorite is the small beach right at Belleair Causeway which also gives the option to launch a boat and bait shop for fishing trips.

Largo is known for it's beautiful green space. In fact Largo has more parks than any other city in the Tampa Bay Region. Just minutes to the beautiful Botanical Gardens, Walsingham Park and Largo Central Park which has festivals, markets and activities almost every weekend.
