Location was excellent! I was able to walk to John's Pass and to the beach across the street in no time. Having off street parking right there was nice. Apartment was clean when when we got there and we had plenty of room for the two of us. We had some issues with the wifi, but it all got worked out. Overall, a great place to stay for the weekend.

The host was very receptive and friendly! Space was clean and comfortable. Across the street from the beach and within walking distance of St. John's pass. The outside of the property (large wooden fence) seemed a bit sketch like we weren't sure what we signed up for as we arrived late but rest assured this place is safe, quiet, comfortable and all around a great find at an affordable price!!

Nice quiet unit close to the beach.

My stay was wonderful! The unit was clean, plenty of space to move around and hangout. It is about a block from the beach, but it is super easy to get to.

Perfect Location and Great Value

This rental was exactly as described—very clean, spacious, and in a perfect location just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, with a convenient crosswalk right out front. The host was friendly and super responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.It’s also heartwarming to see the island recovering and people supporting local businesses again. It was as advertised, minutes from the beach. It was also close to groceries, bars, whatever one would like. The room was quite nice, with all amenities to support 2 people. I was there myself, so plenty of space. I would stay there again no doubt.

Great stay

Location is great! Right across from the beach, and a 20 minute walk to John’s Pass. My husband and I went down for a Cleetus McFarland event, as well as streetcar takeover at Bradenton Motorsports (about 50 minutes from location). I wanted to stay near the beach and this was perfect. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice layout. Host was very helpful and responsive to any questions that came up. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

The unit was great for my four night stay. The amenities were all I needed from a beach chair to a coffee pot. I walked to the beach and access was just across the street. Many eateries and shopping close by. A quick walk to John’s Pass boardwalk. Perfect place for me. If back in that area I will definitely be back,

Gem in Treasure Island

My partner and I had a wonderful stay! If you are looking for a more affordable option than a resort, this is the place for you. Very short and easy walk to the beach. A little north of many Treasure Island eateries, so I would recommend renting bikes or a car. The wall connecting the bathroom and bedroom doesn't close off at the ceiling, so go with someone you are close to and comfortable with :) There was a little dove outside on the seating area tending to her eggs, which we loved!

The best place to stay ever!!! Perfect accommodations! We Cherish our conversations with Mary, the owner. They bent over backwards to help us when our travel plans got delayed. The apartment was perfect for us. Can’t wait to come back. Appreciate them so much!! Hopefully in the near future we will be able to stay there again. The free Island hopper option is great!
