Cozy Carriage House on Spring Bayou

This is a beautiful large one bedroom apartment located in the heart of Tarpon Springs. Close to shopping, Greek village on the Anclote River , and many fine dining establishments. We are minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. We are central to most of Florida's popular vacation attractions. You will love it.
The apartment is a large one bedroom one bath. Approximately 900 square feet. Close to everything. There is a lovely balcony deck that overlooks a beautiful garden. Watch the manatees just steps away in Spring Bayou during the winter months. This is an ideal location. We are sure you will enjoy your stay with us. The large bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and a cozy seating area. The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable queen size bed for additional guests.

Fabulous accommodation in a perfect location

The place was spotless, very comfortable and was so very well equipped. It is also in easy walking distance to many restaurants but has the bonus of being located in a very quiet street with a view onto Spring Bayou. We feel very fortunate to have booked this charming home from home for our trip to Tarpon Springs!

The property was perfect for our concert weekend! The cottage was cute and comfortable and had everything needed for a weekend getaway. The check-in procedure was simple and the hosts were so kind and helpful! The location and nearby amenities were an added bonus!

Great location

Charming, clean upstaors apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Not handicap accessible but thankfully that was not a problem for me and my 82 year old husband. Lovely patio with table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors . Lots of extra supplies for cooking, bathing and books and ppuzzles for quiet time.

Carriage House~Perfect getaway cottage for 2

Cute & cozy, quiet & relaxing rental with all the little things thought of & supplied. Appreciated the air conditioner working great, considering our FL heat & humidity, a cool place is a necessity for us!. Also, nice linens & decor. Great location, close to lots of areas of interest. Amazing!!! I really enjoyed my stay, besides all of the sweet personal touches, the hosts had every amenity you could think of and if I had forgotten anything they had remembered it and had me covered! It was such a sweet cozy cottage and I felt right at home, I actually had a hard time leaving!

Adorable 2nd floor apartment

This is an absolutely adorable apartment on the 2nd floor of a cute cottage. It's about a block from a smallish bay with a park, and a 5 minute bike ride to the marina area which has a couple of good restaurants and the sponge store. I brought my paddle board so I could explore the waterways in tarpon springs, which I did the first day but unfortunately I had to leave a day early for work related issues. I'll be back though! Thank you!

Just Perfect!

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage House! I brought my husband back to Tarpon Springs for our 19th Anniversary after visiting a few weeks ago with my mom and falling in love with the sponge docks. I wanted to show my husband what a magical little place I had found! We brought our bikes and explored three towns along the Pinellas Trail (Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor and Dunedin). The Cozy Cottage was the PERFECT location for us! We parked our car on the street and biked everywhere for the rest of the weekend. Spring Bayou is a beautiful park at the end of the street. People enjoy picnics, lay in hammocks and launch their kayaks. The street is pretty quiet and the apartment itself is absolutely adorable! It was spotlessly clean and there are TONS of brochures to show you all of the fun things you can do and see during your stay. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the fact that there was REAL (cable) TV in the living room, something we haven't had for years. Watching SNL in real time was the best! The apartment had everything we needed. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking but stored some drinks and leftovers in the fridge. We found some delicious restaurants and tried some new foods and craft beers/ciders which were amazing! Dunedin was adorable and riding our bikes along the waterway towards Clearwater was one of my favorite memories, so pretty! The apartment has a cute little patio with some pretty plants on it. We sat out there at night. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a home base during your stay!
