"Rooms are false advertised. Paid extra for a balcony room and received a room they had a railing with no balcony. A lady was trying to get a drink from the cafe in the front area and one of the front desk ladies told her to go to the 7/11 across the street. Went to the beach and was told we could not get enough beach chairs to accommodate our party and were only allowed 2 chairs. We were a party of 9"

"The property just like any resort has lots of things to do and lots of entertainment, however, the property is outdated. The 2 elevators take forever to arrive (be prepared to wait 5-10 min at a time to get on the elevator). Taking the stairs down is always faster. The pools and hot tubs have cloudy water with lots of chlorine. Spending any time in the pool is tough due to the strong smell of chlorine. The rooms are also outdated. Have a super loud HVAC that will not let you sleep at night. The bathroom ceiling tiles rise when the AC unit kicks on, then slam down when the unit turns off. The sliding door to the balcony is hard to open and close due to the rollers not working. Same issue with the closet door. The bathroom has a gym shower and a toilet that barely flushes. Other amenities on the property are also out of date or are old and dirty. Hammocks are torn, day beds have stained pillows and mattresses, lots of trash around from previous guests. "

"Pros: Within walking distance to the beach Within walking distance to restaurants, gas station, and ice cream The pool is clean The mattress was okay The mini fridge worked great Cons: Outdated property Mold-like substance in the bathroom Our door handle/swipe card was not always working (took 5/6 swipes to capture the green light) and the door had to be shoved to open it The pillows are super flat, took 2 days and asking 4 people to finally get a couple more of them lol The noise…we had requested the 1st floor due to my fiancés recent joint surgery. The walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside, when we first got there maintenance walked in on us, someone tried to get into the room later in the night but thankfully I had all the extra locks in place, and I was able to play white noise loud enough from my phone to drown out some of the noise. Overall: If you like a cheaper rate and decent proximity, this is a decent stay. If you require quiet rest, peaceful surroundings, and amenities- this is not the place for you. "
