You’ll have full private access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, backyard and game room. Self check-in for a smooth arrival.

We give you space to enjoy your stay, but we’re always available if you need anything. Our goal is simple: easy, comfortable, no-stress hosting.

• Standard Check-In: 3:00 PM
• Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Need flexibility?

• Early Check-In (2:00 PM): $25 (subject to availability)
• Late Check-Out (12:00 PM): $25 (subject to availability)

Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs may result in a $200 fee. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

Grill Use
The grill is secured with zip ties when not in use. If the grill is used (zip ties are not intact), a $50 grill fee will be applied.

Add-On Packages (Available Upon Request)
• Beach Package – $50
Includes: umbrella with anchor, beach towels, cooler or insulated bag, spray sunscreen, and folding chairs

• Baby Package – $50
Includes: high chair, pack and play, baby gate, with additional items available upon request

Please request packages in advance of your stay.

Pets
• Pet fee: $25 per pet, per day (maximum of 2 pets)
• Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance

Undisclosed pets or evidence of a pet may result in immediate cancellation, eviction, and a $500 penalty.
Please do not allow pets on furniture/beds.

House Rules
• Maximum of 8 guests allowed on the property, including infants unless prior approval is given. Additional guests may be subject to a $25 per person fee.
-No smoking or use of illicit drugs on the property

-Any house rule violations, including unauthorized guests or parties, will result in a $500 fine per incident, collected through platform.
