Welcome to Sandy Feet Cottage—a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom beach cottage located just across the street from the 20th Ave beach access walkway to Indian Rocks Beach, Florida.

A quick two-minute walk takes you to the soft white sands and stunning Gulf waters. Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is a peaceful, three-mile stretch of shoreline just south of Clearwater Beach, which was ranked the #6 beach in the U.S. in 2022. Unlike Clearwater’s busy tourist scene, IRB offers a quiet, residential beach town experience—ideal for guests seeking both relaxation and coastal charm, while remaining close to lively attractions.

Sandy Feet Cottage was completely remodeled after Hurricane Helene and now serves as a modern, upscale vacation retreat. Every detail of this private duplex home has been thoughtfully updated with brand-new furniture and tasteful coastal décor. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space is bright and welcoming. Both bedrooms are spacious and relaxing, and the spa-style bathroom adds a touch of luxury!

Outside, you’ll enjoy a large private backyard with a hammock and bicycles, along with a private patio featuring comfortable seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. The beach, local restaurants, beach bars, and charming shops are just a short stroll away. Beach essentials—chairs, umbrella, and cooler—are provided to make your stay seamless and stress-free.

***** The host will request a photo of a valid ID upon booking
*****returning items than have been left behind, by mail, will incur a charge of $15.00 PLUS the cost of shipping/box/envelope

***** Changes to reservations or adjustment of reservation dates will incur a $150.00 fee

This is the cutest beach house!! Just a few blocks to the beach and so many restaurants, absolutely loved this location. The backyard with the hammocks were also a great bonus. Would highly recommend, loved everything, had a wonderful week!

Great Weekend Getaway at IRB

Sandy Feet Cottage was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The backyard was a nice place to relax in the evenings. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We would stay again.

Soccer trip

We enjoyed the house and the yard especially! Our girls loved using the bikes, the swings and games and taking walks to the beach. It was the perfect little get away for a soccer tournament.

Perfect cottage

Adorable, well appointed, and comfortable cottage. We had everything we needed and even a hammock to relax into while enjoying the back garden. Owner/host is responsive to communication and offered many recommendations for places to eat and enjoy. Will definitely keep this cottage in mind for future trips!

Perfect location & they thought of everything!

We are so glad to have found this spot! The beach was so close, clean and not crowded, and the owners had the house fully stocked with everything we could need! From beach accessories and towels to all the kitchen staples - the owners thought of everything. We are looking forward to returning next year and making this our annual vacation destination!

Home Away from Home

We had a delightful stay! It was so clean, stocked with essentials, even beach towels. The living space is laid out very well and so open. Our friends rented the cottage next door and it was absolutely perfect for us to all share meals and hang out together. The backyard was the best and the hammocks were a treat for our kids to use. Barbara was exceptional and communicating with us the entire trip.

Super Convenient Beach Cottage

Sandy feet was the perfect experience for our family. The house was clean, updated and above all, amazingly convenient. The cottage was equipped with all the beach accessories that our young family needed to enjoy long days on the gulf. The host Barbra was very prompt friendly and attentive. Amazing place to stay!

Barbra was very communicative throughout our whole stay. This home is just a short walk from the beach. All the beach accessories you need are supplied. The cupboards are stocked with supplies so you don’t have to buy every little thing. Really open and comfortable floor plan. Was a great place to stay for a weekend beach vacation with friends. Perfect girls trip getaway

We had such a fun weekend at Barbara’s place in Indian Rocks. She truly thought of everything including with this vacation rental. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were quite comfortable. There are ample charging stations for electronics and if bringing a family, we even spotted a pack and play and high chair. We utilized the wagon for the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided daily. The outdoor space is a little tropical haven with comfortable Adirondack chairs. We knew the pics looked lovely but this rental far exceeded our expectations. It is 3 blocks from the beach and walking distance to numerous restaurants. Our favorites die Guppy’s, Keegan’s and Villa Gallace. Book this rental, you won’t regret it.

Great House and location!

The house was clean and very comfortable. The kids spent a lot of time in the backyard playing when we weren't out and about. It's a short walk to the beach. Clearwater is close and easy to get to. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house. Would definitely stay again!
