The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off both minisplits. Leave keys, car clicker, & pool card on the kitchen table. Close all windows Lock French doors to porch and side kitchen door.
Please do not: ~ leave dishwasher, washer, dryer running. Mildew & mold ~leave leftover food. All kitchen garbage goes in green garbage can behind screen porch. Garbage goes out on Sun & Wed eve.
Put ebikes in screen porch ‘tent’ & zip up tent. Lock back screen door on screen porch. Turn on light switch in DR closest to door (we leave this motion light on )
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
