  • Perfect guest suite to stay for singles, couples and small families. Pool and outside lounge are spectacular! Just 7 minutes drive away from famous beaches and 5 minutes walk from the center of Seminole with restaurants, bars and stores. All you need right next to you!
    The suite can accommodate up to 4 people on 2 beds. One queen size in bedroom and another folding sofa that opens to a full size bed.
    Folding dining table that can accommodate 4 people.

Cozy nest

We stayed at the property.for a long weekend while visiting family in the area. The rental was small but clean, cozy and we had everything we needed for our short visit and the owners were very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. We would visit there again!

Ivan was so attentive to my father and I ! He made sure that we had everything we needed, and gave us recommendations on where to go and what to do !! It was the perfect space for us and my dog as well, he was very comfortable and happy with the fenced in backyard . A lot of the places we visited, like Clearwater beach , Tampa Mall, St. Pete beach , and Anna Maria Island were EASILY accessible from the location ! Highly recommended staying in the area! The neighborhood was quiet and safe . We really enjoyed this place , especially because of the simplicity and how it reminded us of being back home in Europe! Thank you SO MUCH Ivan and your lovely family !!

At first, it's very tiny for a family.BUT : the bedroom is large with lot of space to put all your stuff. The sofa is very confortable and it can make a good bed for 2 young kids (mine 7 and 9).All need is here (kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, etc...).After that, you can discover the incredible outside area : with a private pool for their guests, BBQ, outside sofas, dinning table. It's totally insane for the price. Thank you so much Ivan, your place is over our excpectations
