Amazing beach Home, newly remodeled. Only 2 minute , 1 mile from World Famous Johns Pass. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The home is also walking distance to shopping, banking and many restaurants and bars.
The home is foot steps to the sugar sand beach of the west coast of Florida. With all comforts of home, you will find everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We provide starter toiletries such as shampoo and body wash. The kitchen is stocked with an instapot, toaster, drip coffee machine, in unit washer and dryer and so much more!

Convenient Madeira Beach Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Madeira Beach home. The location was super convenient for trips to the beach, stores, restaurants. The home was clean and roomy, and the outside area was quite nice. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. We would rent it again.

Great Property

Loved the rental! So close to the beach and John’s Pass. Beds were comfortable, the games in the garage were great for the kids. Only bummer was there is a hot tub on the listing and there is not one. Would definitely recommend to stay and would stay here again.

This is a very clean and comfortable residence with a GREAT fenced in yard for kids and/or pets. You will hear some traffic noise in the mornings or afternoons. Close to some shopping and downtown Madeira Beach. Would book this property again without hesitation. Property host is very responsive and helpful.

Nicely furnished home close to beach

Nicely furnished home, great location. The floors appeared clean but our feet were quite dirty from walking on them, the tiles had obviously been vacuumed but not mopped. The other issue was the house was very meagerly stocked. For 6 guests for 4 nights we had 3 rolls of toilet paper and most of the soap dispensers were empty or close to it.This would be a great vacation rental with a little bit more attention to details.

Perfect for our group!

We rent a house in the Madeira area 1-2x a year and this was definitely one of our favorites! Great location. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Short drive to the beach. Could have used a few more beach chairs and towels and a wagon (which we thought there was). We did purchase 4 beach chairs and left them for future guests. The yard was our favorite part!

Your outside area was so nice with the outdoor furniture, that swing was a HUGE hit and the outdoor lighting created perfect ambiance! We were able easily bake the meals we brought!
