    Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too? At the Kennedy Kayak & Corn Hole Club you can. The beautiful white sand beaches and extensive recreational opportunities. Imagine by day playing at the beach then returning to a tropical garden and sitting around a fire surrounded by nature at night with ample space to savor being outdoors... Pretty Ideal.
    This spectacular designer decorated unit is fully furnished and is ready to please even the most discriminating of travelers. It includes two bedrooms, one bath, living room, dining room, laundry, fully equipped kitchen and a 300 square foot private covered deck. One security camera located on 3rd floor deck facing stairs. Another security camera overlooking the pool. This newly renovated 840 square foot unit has top of the line finishes, furnishings and granite throughout.
    Plus a great communal pool to use!

We absolutely loved staying here. Our host was super nice and very prompt with answers to questions that we had . Very clean and quite spacious for our needs . Perfect for us! The pool was super clean and refreshing after a day on the beach . Love this neighborhood for the quietness ! Would recommend to anyone !!!!!

Great stay, close to the beach. We only spent a few nights but it was great for what we needed. The kitchen was a little tight, but had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the decking was melt your feet off hot until the pool was in the shade around 3pm. Make sure you have shoes to put on right when you get out of the pool

Everything that our little family needed. The unit was immaculate and provided all the amenities for a short trip. The pool was lovely on the warm days and we made great use of the balcony as an extra space. This rentals within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Check-in is super easy and the host was accessible if you needed something (we didn’t). A great vacation spot we would book again!

Indian rocks beach vacation place

Close to beach and the place was pristine. A lovely quiet area and halfway between places we wanted Togo in Clearwater and St. Petersburg. We’d stay here again.

Wonderful experience

We absolutely loved our stay. It was actually even nicer than we were expecting and super clean. The location is great, very quiet and privateb with a short walk to the beach. The available beach gear was fantastic as well

Indian Rocks Beach June Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. The condo is updated and very clean. We also loved the pool and the large covered porch. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely cottage feel to this condo.

The condo is lovely with plenty of outdoor sitting areas to enjoy. Short walk to the beach. Conveniently located for restaurants and music. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice beach house in Indian Rocks Beach community. My son stayed with us. Plenty of room for all of us. Quiet neighborhood. One block from the beach. We enjoyed ourselves and will rent again.

There was an issue at check in, but the host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, we loved the rental and would definitely rent again in the future. We're thinking about bringing extended family and renting multiple units.

Paradise!

We loved the place. Great lication, pool was great, inside and outside area-great! Used grill a few times. The wagon with chairs was great. We totally enjoyed the place.

Fantastic property & location

This property is well-appointed with all the amenities! It's location is in a quiet cul-de-sac, but you can walk 5 mins and be on the beach! The property manager is accessible and very responsive. For the price it is an incredible value. We intend to make this our annual winter getaway accommodations...you will not be disappointed!!!

Perfect for thw weekend

Had an amazing time with my sisters & a lil one. Close to the beach, right off the main strip, and you dont hear anything. Both bedrooms are clean and updated!! The bathroom is nice as well. Cant wait to come back and enjoy it.

Stayed here with two of my besties to celebrate my 65th birthday. Had a great time, located so close to beach and everything we wanted to do. Clean place, warm pool and really big outdoor porch to enjoy. Lots of pool and beach suppllies. Live in Florida but first time at IRB, will for sure be back
