Located just a block from the Beach, and a block from the Inter-coastal Waterway. Private Swimming Pool Heated in the Winter. 3 minute Walk to the Beach and the Walk is Paved, Easy and Flat. Thoroughly Cleaned and Sanitized between Every Guest. Plenty of Parking in Circular Driveway. Boat Launch Access a few streets away. Open Floor Plan with Updated Kitchen and Baths. Has a King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom and a Bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Interior is Updated and Tastefully Decorated. All Utensils, Bedding, Towels and Essentials Provided. Great house for families with the pool in the back and a true 5 min. walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops open even after the hurricane. Our second time staying and we can’t wait to go back again!

Annual trip to IRB

This is our third stay at this cottage in IRB and it was just as great as the first! The location to beach cannot be beat, pool in premises is perfect for our groups and we were very comfortable there.
