    this cozy unit comes with the amenities you need to stay, relax, and enjoy some of the best beaches of USA. we are conveniently located just 6 miles from St Pete beach, 5.4 miles from Madeira Beach, 7 miles from John’s pass village and 8 miles from St Pete Downtown and the Pier.

    Please note that we offer washer and drier for customers staying 7 days or more.

While we looked for a quick and easy place to stay in St. Petes for almost a week, this property caught our eye immediately and it did not disappoint. It delivered on all of our expectations and overall a convenient place to stay if you want to have a short drive to the beaches and/or head downtown. We will definitely be on the lookout for this place’s availability when it comes time again to visit the area!

Great for 1 or 2 People

Positives: Clean property with good space for 1 or 2 people. It is comfortable and has a portable cook top, coffee maker and an adequate small refrigerator. It was clean and no sign of any bugs such as ants or roaches.CONS:I was booked for 3 nights but there were only 2 wash clothes and 2 towels. I use a towel more than once but do not use wash clothes more than one time. I went to Walmart and bought a couple of wash clothes. This likely was just a small oversight. It needs to be modernized with some USB outlets. The water pressure was very low in the bathroom. None of these things would keep me from staying again at this property but certainly would make it much more enjoyable.

it was bug free and quite.behind a wooden gate , an addon. only 2 towels for a 2 week stay.laundry outside.frontload dryer door had to be propped shut .roof was plastic covering.flip gone bad, toilite took 3 flushes than made a cying sound.not what we expected
