Beautiful, comfortable, just under 2200 sq ft modern home now listed for rent for the first time in a sought after neighborhood! Just 15 minutes from the vibrant St Petersburg downtown restaurants and shops and 10 minutes to the beautiful white san beaches. Public transportation 2 blocks away for easy access to museums, restaurants and beaches.

This home comes fully furnished, all you need is to unpack your suitcases! Flowing floor plan showcasing newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Open concept layout with high end furniture, beautiful wood floors throughout and French doors leading to the very private , fully enclosed backyard showcasing a salt water pool surrounded by lush landscaping, outdoor fireplace and a large seating area. There is a built in gas grill and green egg for those that love to cook outdoors.

One year lease is preferred, though a minimum of a month will be considered. Small house trained dog is welcome with additional deposit. Rent includes all utilities, lawn service and bi-weekly maid service.

Beautiful home with high end amenities. House was spotless on arrival and the sheets and towels were great quality like I would use at home. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook Christmas dinner. Location was close to beach and downtown St. Pete was only 15 minutes away. It felt like our home. Definitely will be staying here again!
