Newly renovated apartment in a GREAT location. Less than 3 minutes walking across Gulf Blvd to the beach. A 15–20-minutes walking to John's Pass Boardwalk & John’s Pass Village. Relax in this spacious & stylish space with a fully equipped kitchen, granite island & nice family room with sofa & smart TV.
Outside, take in a beautiful & spectacular water view, walk the beach or visit all the activities around within a walking distance. Feel the breeze & enjoy fishing right at our back yard!
Wi-Fi is provided and connects to 2 smart TVs for your use. A study desk and chair are provided for guests who have a need to work or use their computer. Washer & dryer combo is inside the apartment for guests' convenience. A queen bed in in the bedroom and a sofa bed (pull out from the sofa, equivalent to a full-size bed) in the family room.
A parking permit is provided for guests during their stay. Alternatively, take the Suncoast Trolley up & down Gulf Blvd for local transportation or a short walk to the restaurants, bars, local shopping centers, grocery stores along Gulf Blvd. Guests can do fishing on the docks and pick up supplies from a live bait shop nearby.

great , clean little place exactly as described- very walk-able - a min or two from the beach- dolphins in the canal daily and 1 manatee-neighbors fished off dock pretty successfully- nice stay

Center of Everything

If you want near the beach shopping and restaurants this is the place to stay. Everything you need and more at this place. If not our hostess was very accommodating. Very clean We even saw manatee’s at the dock.

Very Nice Stay

Just enjoyed a long weekend at this property. Very tranquil waking up to see then dock and nicely secluded for a busy area. Some traffic noise from Gulf Blvd, but not enough to put a damper on the weekend. I’m back in the area often and will keep an eye on this property when back.

Madeira Beach stay

This was my first experience using Vrbo, and I would definitely look to stay at this place again. Due to flight delays, we got in much later than we were suppose to, the great instructions given to me to access the place was spot on! It was close and convenient to everything I wanted to do, ie: the beach, John’s Pass, grocery stores and CVS, with great restaurants close by and close to a friend living in the area. It was nice to have beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided and all amenities in the place to use. I loved sitting right outside on the patio, and to see boats moored there, wildlife that came close up to us too. The neighbors were very friendly, and the people also renting the other units. Lewis was very friendly and helpful, he replaced our broken beach umbrella immediately. Offered his assistance to any thing we may need. I would definitely book this location again. ,

Madeira get away

Clean, easily accessible to the beach, food and entertainment. Parking is tight but doable.
