Great location

Excellent location! Easy walk to beach, restaurants, etc. Busy time of year but IRB is way less congested than hotel zones like Clearwater. Property is very large for two bedrooms and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Would stay again!

Great property. Very convenient and all necessary features. Toilet flushing was a little iffy. Low volume flush should come with some reminders. House was great though and checkin/out process was great. Would recommend to others.

Annual Florida Getaway

Great location, 1 block from beach. House was great , clean, everything we needed. Close to restaurants . Quiet neighborhood. Had issue with tv (operator error) sent message less then 5 min response from host. Block off main drag in Indian Rocks Beach. Had a great time. House was well stocked with everyday items u need!

Stayed 6 days, easy walk to the beach,restaurants and bars. Not much room outside to sit but fairly quiet.

Beach town comfort

This was a perfect location and stay! Comfortable home with extras available: beach towels, linens, cooking supplies, on roof patio with electric fire pit, etc… We visited Indian Beach which is blocks away, Fort de Soto north beach, and Clearwater beach. We walked to dinner-lots of great restaurants local. Beautiful lodging, comfortable, great location!
