• Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds, large closet, and ceiling fan.

Living & Dining Area

• Bright, open-concept space featuring a comfortable L-shaped couch.
• Entertainment-ready with a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a selection of board games.
• Dining table with seating for 6.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

• Spacious layout with a breakfast bar and additional seating.
• Fully stocked with plates, bowls, dishes, cups, wine glasses, pots, and pans.
• Appliances include a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, blender,kittle and toaster.
• Starter Kit Included: We want your arrival to be completely stress-free, so we’ve supplied a starter kit of basic essentials to get you through your first couple of days. Since this is just to help you get settled, you may want to pick up extra toiletries, paper products, and laundry supplies if you are planning an extended stay!

Outdoor Oasis & Pool Guidelines

Step outside into your private, fully fenced backyard featuring a heated pool, poolside patio, gas grill, and a beautiful gazebo outfitted with a wicker patio furniture set, table, 6 chairs, plus 2 lounge chairs an umbrella and hammack.

Pool Safety & Care Rules

• Depth & Supervision: The pool is 4 feet deep throughout. Children must be supervised at all times. Diving is strictly prohibited.
• No Glass Allowed: Please do not bring glass cups, bottles, or plates into the pool area. Broken glass can slice the liner and requires draining the pool. Please use plastic or acrylic cups instead!
• Liner Protection: This pool features a vinyl liner that is easily damaged. Avoid sharp objects, hard toys, or rough play. Guests will be charged a fee for any liner damage based on actual repair or replacement costs.
• Florida Nature: Leaves, pollen, and bugs can fall into the pool minutes after it is cleaned. The pool is professionally maintained, chemical levels are monitored, and it is 100% safe to use. Feel free to use the provided skimmer net to clear surface debris during your stay.

Optional Pool Heating

• Cost & Booking: Optional pool heating is available for $25/night and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
• 48-Hour Notice: Please request heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival so the pool has adequate time to warm up for your check-in.
• Temperature: When heated, we keep the pool temperature set to 80°F. Please do not adjust any valves, buttons, or settings on the control box, as incorrect adjustments can damage the filtration system.
• Weather Policy: If outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F, the pool may not reach maximum warmth. Because this is weather-dependent, we cannot guarantee exact temperatures or issue refunds for unexpected cold snaps.

Property Maintenance

• A professional landscaping crew and a professional pool company both service the property once a week. They do not have a fixed schedule and may enter the backyard during the day.

Guest Access & Other Notes

• Easy Entry: Enjoy full, private access to the entire home and pool (excluding the locked owner's closet) via a secure keypad at the front door.
• Parking: Double-wide driveway accommodates 2 vehicles.
• House Rules: Children are welcome but must be supervised near the water. No parties, events, or smoking inside the house.
• Note: We may collect additional information from you after confirming your booking.
