The space
Totally newly renovated 3BR w/den, with 52" Roku TV with Queen sleep sofa. 2BA- sleeps 8 guests. Its modern look and never-ending list of amenities only work to supplement the tru charm of this suburban paradise. The master bedroom w/bath and 45” TV is on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and bath are on the other side of the house closing off by a pocket door for privacy. The living room also has a 85" Roku TV and has a comfy coach for more lounging. The family room has a 55" Roku TV. and more lounging. The guest bedroom also has a Roku TV.

Its modern, coastal look and never-ending amenities only work to supplement the true charm of this suburban paradise. Fenced-in backyard with huge gas grill and optionally heated fresh-water pool and spa.
Light and bright with stylish tropical décor. Open floor plan. You will love the kitchen which is centrally located in the center of the home so you can enjoy your family without missing a thing. The kitchen is totally stocked with anything you may need including spices. There is a table in the kitchen with 6 seats. All brand-new appliances including beautiful blue and white cabinets, with gorgeous granite countertops. The laundry room is stored away in a giant cabinet right to the side of the kitchen. So convenient.
The family room has a 85” Roku TV with sound system and can seat 8-10 people easily. The pool area has a table with 6 seats and a sofa that seats at least 8. Plenty of extra chairs. The pool is professionally serviced once a week on Fridays.
OUTDOOR
The backyard is a tropical oasis and designed to be totally kid and pet friendly. The pool is screened so you don’t get eaten alive by the Florida no-see-ums, but still get plenty of sun.
LOCATION
Located minutes from Madeira Beach where there is plenty of parking. Minutes from Seminole Water Park for the kiddos, and a short drive north to Clearwater Beach or south to St. Pete Beach and St. Johns Pass for more shopping and fun. Beach umbrella, chairs, wagon and beach towels provided. You’re only minutes to Walmart or Publix and only minutes to Seminole City Center which is great for shopping of any kind. 45 minutes to Tampa International Airport.

Other things to note
PET FEE is $150.00 per dog/per stay to cover for extra cleaning and sanitizing. No cats due to allergies. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs must be well behaved, on leash when not in fenced in back yard. SERVICE ANIMALS guests will be asked to explain the need for the service animal and they are not to be left alone during the stay. EMOTIONAL SUPPORT dogs will be charged 150.00 per dog per stay.
POOL HEATER is available November through May for an additional charge of $35.00 per day. Fees to be paid before Check In. June through October the pool is at ambient temperature.
