Pelican Pointe 322:Walk to Beach~Pool~Free Parking

Property Update: Roof and Solar Installation - Starting October 6, 2025, we will be installing a new roof and solar panels. Work is expected to take approximately three weeks (weather permitting) and will occur only during daytime business hours. During this time, guests may experience construction noise during the day; however, all amenities will remain open for your enjoyment.

Relax by the heated pool, stroll to Pier 60 for unforgettable sunsets, and explore local dining and shops - all within easy walking distance. With space for 6, a pool view, and a glimpse of the Gulf, this Suite is the perfect base for your beach getaway.
