We enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful, the space was perfect and located just a few minutes drive to what we wanted to see and do. The house is on a corner lot and I loved that the parking was off the side street behind the house. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and close to everything!!!. The bungalow has character and all the comforts of home. My family travels extensively and what takes priority is comfortable beds, A/C temp, cleanliness. This bungalow checks all the marks .

Leading with the positives: - great overall location of the rental in relation to downtown, Central Avenue district, shops and restaurants - economical price for a two bdrm, one bath smaller space that is in a shared/divided house - had the basic needs covered - parking in designated spaces in the rear rather than street parking The cons: - Although the Wayfarer listing references being in a great neighborhood (which it is), the listing fails to mention that the space (particularly the front bedroom) is feet away from a very business main road with traffic that never stops; noisy at all hours; difficult to get restful sleep. We’re accustomed to living in a city setting but the proximity to a busy street was more noisy than typical city living. - a cramped shower with water temperature that cannot be regulated; routinely cycles from very hot to cold throughout a shower - thermostat is ineffective in regulating the room temperature of the space; could not keep the space at a reasonable comfortable level - furniture is below average for comparable rentals and is a little tired

This rental is convenient to downtown. We were able to visit all the museums and the pier. We did take our own towels so we would not have to pay to wash towels while we were there. Walls are thin enough I could hear conversations from neighboring unit if I left the closet door open. This was fine for me and my mom, but if we had children with us the noise may bother other renters.

We were in town for business and this place was perfect. Very comfortable beds and provides everything you need to cook if you need to. Location is great too. Super close to downtown with lots of restaurants and things to do. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a great time! Really cute place. It also included a great outdoor area. The place was clean, convenient to downtown and we were able to walk to restaurants. The only downside was the bathroom shower was really small. It worked fine for me but my 6'5 285lb son had a bit of trouble with it. Regardless I would definitely consider staying there again.

Right downtown, the Wayfarer is perfectly located to bike your way to anywhere you wish…the beach..downtown, etc. The stay is comfortable with all the trappings of home. We will return!

We had a wonderful stat at the wayfarer. The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed. The house is near restaurants, beach and all kinds of entertainment. The neighborhood the house is in, is really nice, it's near a small lake nestled in a park, which we ended doing a few runs to. I look forward to staying at the wayfarer again.

Location was great for getting around St Pete and easy access to Tampa. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had all we needed. Would prefer laundry that is on property not be coin operated as most don’t carry coins on vacation.
